Inspra ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Inspra mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

  • Images you upload to the app

  • Content you organize (collections, projects, categories)

  • Account information (email address and password)

  • Content you enter into AI Studio tools (project details, notes, descriptions)

b. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (model, OS version)

  • App usage data (features used, interactions)

  • Subscription and purchase information (processed by Apple App Store and RevenueCat)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the app experience

  • Authenticate your account and manage your subscription

  • Process AI-generated content via the Anthropic API

  • Organize and display your content

  • Maintain app performance and reliability

  • Develop new features

3. Third-Party Services

Inspra uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — account authentication and data storage. Data is stored on secure cloud servers. See Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy

  • RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy

  • Anthropic — powers AI Studio tools. Content you enter into AI Studio is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy

  • Apple App Store — payment processing for subscriptions

4. Storage of Data

Your images and content may be stored:

  • Locally on your device

  • On secure cloud servers via Supabase (for authenticated users)

Content entered into AI Studio tools is transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses and is not stored by Inspra beyond your active session.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data using industry-standard security practices.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:

  • With service providers listed above (for app functionality)

  • If required by law

6. Subscriptions

Inspra offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Inspra Pro). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Subscription data is processed by Apple and RevenueCat.

7. Your Rights

You can:

  • Delete your account by contacting us at frankpitchford@thepitchfordco.com

  • Delete your content within the app at any time

  • Request a copy of your data by contacting us

  • Stop using the app at any time

  • Cancel your subscription through Apple ID settings

8. Children's Privacy

Inspra is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
